Novice (Beginners) Group

Mon & Wed - Beginning Monday, Dec. 14, 2009

Important Notes:

• *It is at the discretion of the parents for 2nd year wrestlers to move up to the advanced group. Coaches may suggest a wrestler move from one group to the other depending on the wrestler's abilities.
  

• Registration is still open to anyone that missed the meeting on November 10th. Please download a registration form, fill it out, and take it to practice along with your payment.
  

• Practice schedules are subject to change at any time. Please be sure to attend practices regularly. (Check this website for changes)
  

• If school is cancelled or dismissed early due to bad weather on a practice day, there is NO practice.
  

• Wrestling shoes are recommended, but not required. Wrestlers should bring a clean pair of tennis (type) shoes to change into prior to stepping on the mats. Please do not wear street shoes on the mats!
  

• T-shirts, shorts, and/or sweat pants are the only clothing required for practice. Please avoid clothing with any type of buttons or zippers. (Please wear CLEAN clothes to all practices!)
  

• Volunteer coaches needed. Anyone interested in helping out in any way, please inquire at practice.
  

• Insurance waivers are required for all wrestlers. If you have not already done so, please turn forms into a coach as soon as possible. (Waiver is on the back of the registration form.)
